Independent Suppliers Group, the largest nationwide member-owned business products cooperative, announced S.P. Richards Co., a leading Independent Nationwide Wholesale Distributor, will begin operating ISG’s famed RDC (Regional Distribution Centers) model program, which has been a key purchasing component within ISG membership since its launch in 2004.
 

Independent Suppliers Group is excited to announce its SMART Solutions Supplier Presentation Series is returning for Spring 2021 following the great success of the series that took place during Fall 2020. SMART stands for Sell, Market, Attract, Retain and Train.
 

Independent Suppliers Group is pleased to announce once again that ISG will be accelerating the Q4 2020 and year-end rebate distribution by three weeks. This will be the third time since the start of the pandemic that ISG has expedited their rebates. The distribution is scheduled for March 25, 2021.
 

Independent Suppliers Group announced it is hosting Industry Week ’21, powered by ISG, taking place November 7-12, 2021 in Orlando, Florida at Orlando World Center Marriott. ISG is planning the largest Business Products industry event of the year by bringing together its members, suppliers and industry partners for a week-long agenda.
 

Independent Suppliers Group recently concluded its SMART Solutions Supplier Presentation Series with great success. SMART stands for Sell, Market, Attract, Retain and Train. ISG held 17 virtual meetings in September and October with hundreds of its members participating. The sessions were focused on different categories including facilities supplies, office furniture and traditional office products – with a focus on the current trends of Back to Business, Work from Home, Healthcare, Back to School/Learn from Home and other topics relevant to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Independent Suppliers Group announced it has hired Jill O’Neill as its new Vice President of Merchandising.

The Board of Directors of ISG Purchasing Association (TPA) announced today that the independent dealer shareholders of TPA have approved the proposed merger with Independent Suppliers Group (ISG) and Pinnacle Affiliates LLC (PA).

The United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced plans for another round of tariffs on an additional $300B worth of Chinese goods coming into the United States. 

ISG Purchasing Association (TPA), Independent Suppliers Group (ISG) and Pinnacle Affiliates LLC (PA) announced today that the boards of directors of all three organizations have approved a Definitive Merger Agreement outlining the terms of a historic merger of the three organizations.
 

The National Office Product Association (NOPA) has announced that their Board of Directors have voted to increase member dues.
