Keynote Speaker & Sponsors for Industry Week ’22
Rosemont, IL – September 12, 2022 – This year’s Industry Week ’22 General Session will focus on the crucial aspect of understanding the future of work and the workplace. From how and where people work, the change in business-to-business consumer purchasing behavior and the types of products and services now required in the workplace.
While this disruption to the business environment brought many challenges, it also has presented many opportunities. The keynote speaker of the ISG General Session at Industry Week ’22, Phil Kirschner, Senior Expert at McKinsey & Company, will breakdown what these opportunities are and how to make the most of them.
Phil will explain how to create both a physical and virtual workplace that will not only attract and retain top talent, but also foster a sense of community within an organization. His speech is designed to inspire listeners to expand their views on the different ways of working, as well as to implore employees to see the humanity in each other. Phil will also provide recommendations on how to rethink sales and marketing approaches to adapt to a work from anywhere society.
In addition, Steve Hilleard, OPI CEO, will lead a series of insightful conversations designed to give attendees an inside look into the workplace of the future and the trends, products, and services categories that will determine the success of the Independent Dealer Community. Featuring external and industry experts hand-picked for each topic of conversation, these “One-on-One’s with Steve”, will demonstrate how to navigate the challenges COVID-19 created, along with showing how to maximize the opportunities that have been created as well.
